Nature Walks on Hydra Island
We'll start from the town, heading to the summit of mount Eros, the tallest on the island. On our way we will visit two traditional monasteries where we can spend some time and take some pictures.
The road in between is just amazing, giving us the opportunity to glance at the southern "unseen" part of the island and the endless blue of the Aegean Sea!
The Breathtaking View from the Summit of Mount Eros
We will walk through a small forest of pine trees, to the small farming area of Pevges and then up to Prophet Elias, an old monastery from the time of Greek revolution. After that, the road leads to the summit of Eros!
The view from there is just outstanding and will be something to remember! 360 view of the island from point to point! After spending some time there, we can return to town, full of positive energy and wiser than before!
